TCPA Authorization

By providing your telephone number and agreeing to this TCPA Authorization, you consent to receiving communications from Digital Therapeutics, Inc. dba Pelago (“Pelago”, “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) in connection with Pelago’s platform and services as described below.

You expressly consent to receive the following types of communications from Pelago, its affiliates, agents, and service providers at the telephone number(s) you provide:

• SMS and MMS text messages;
• Voice calls, including calls using prerecorded or artificial voice messages;
• Messages sent via WhatsApp, push notifications, or other messaging platforms;
• Communications sent using an automatic telephone dialing system (autodialer).

These communications may include, but are not limited to: service-related notifications and alerts; reminders, check-ins, and engagement messages related to your use of Pelago’s services; account and security notifications; responses to your inquiries; information about features, updates, or changes to the platform; and promotional or marketing messages about our services.

You understand and agree that some or all of the communications described above may be delivered using an automatic telephone dialing system, prerecorded voice messages, or artificial voice technology. Your consent to receive autodialed and prerecorded messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from us.

Message frequency varies based on your use of the platform and your communication preferences. Standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply. You are solely responsible for any charges from your carrier.

You may revoke your consent to receive communications at any time by:

• Replying STOP to any text message you receive from us;
• Adjusting your communication preferences within the Pelago platform;
• Contacting us at support@pelagohealth.com; or
• Calling us at the number provided in the platform.

After you opt out, you may receive a single confirmation message. Opting out of text messages does not opt you out of other forms of communication, and opting out of marketing messages does not opt you out of service-related messages necessary for the operation of your account.

Your consent to receive autodialed or prerecorded marketing messages is not a condition of using or receiving Pelago’s services.

However, if you do not consent to receive service-related communications, certain features of the platform that rely on messaging may be unavailable or limited.

By providing a telephone number, you represent and warrant that: (a) you are the current subscriber or authorized user of that telephone number; (b) you have the authority to provide this consent; and (c) you will notify us immediately if your telephone number changes or is reassigned to another person.

We may update this TCPA Authorization from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the platform or by other means. Your continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
